SEQUENCE, Color

Hand built ceramic forms & underglaze with custom solid elm base.

110 x 15 cms

Edition of 4

This meter-tall Sequence sculpture introduces a restrained, interior-friendly color palette into the vertical composition. Softly saturated tones—muted greens, warm clay, off-white, slate, contrasted with lipstick pinks and bright oranges—are distributed with intention, allowing color to register as structure rather than surface embellishment.

Each stacked ceramic element is formed through a distinct process, then composed through careful placement and adjustment. The rhythm of color supports the balance of the form, reinforcing proportion, alignment, and visual weight. No single element dominates; instead, the palette reads as a measured sequence that shifts subtly with light and viewpoint.

Conceived as a sculptural focal point for interiors, this work brings warmth and clarity to architectural spaces. The colorway is designed to integrate easily within modern residential and commercial environments, offering presence without visual noise. Positioned on the floor or against architectural elements, the sculpture anchors space through scale, rhythm, and controlled variation.
